Hi, I'm Avery! I cheer for the Varsity Football and Basketball team at Davie and my goal is to stay fit by working out and staying consistent with my fitness. I chose to do this because I want to be better at what I do at cheer overall. Health is very important to keep up with and I want to help others to be encouraged by my journey. By the end of the 12 week period I want to be the best possible version of my self. During this journey I will be doing different kinds workouts to work on each muscle in my body and I will be eating healthy along with staying fit.
